Aledo ISD, Parker County Hospital District partner for Summer Immunization Clinic

Summer Immunization Clinic August 5, 2020

Aledo ISD Health Services and the Parker County Hospital District are partnering for a Summer Immunization Clinic for Aledo ISD students.

Pre-K- through 12th-grade students who need updated immunizations before the start of the school year can attend the clinic from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, August 10 at the Aledo Middle School Multi-Purpose Center (MPC) at 416 FM 1187 in Aledo.

Pre-registration for the Summer Immunization Clinic is not required. Please bring a copy of the student’s shot record/immunization record. To view a list of Texas minimum state vaccine requirements for students, click here.

For immunization records: Parents can log in to the Ascender Parent Portal to view their student's immunization record. Please take a screen shot of the record to print (page is not printable) OR copy and paste immunization record into a document to print OR have student's immunization record pulled up on a mobile device before arriving at the Summer Immunization Clinic.

Due to COVID-19, the following requirements will be in place for those attending the Summer Immunization Clinic:

  • Each person will be screened before entering
  • Each visitor is required to wear a face covering
  • Social distancing is required.
