Hello Bearcats! I happily serve students at Aledo High School with last names Pe-Z, grades 10-12. This is my 6th year as a counselor at AHS. Prior to being in the counseling office, I was an English teacher and department chair for 17 years. I am a Bearcat to my core and love to help new students thrive in this environment. High school years are fleeting but can be so stressful. It is my goal to help students navigate through this exciting time. We quickly go from planning high school courses to planning a future. Often I tell my students, this is where you take time to figure out what you want your later years to look like. I am here for students’ social-emotional needs as well as any academic planning and guidance they may need during their years at AHS. I look forward to serving you!
