Dyslexia Teacher 

Hello! I am very excited to serve Walsh Elementary again this year as a Dyslexia specialist. This is my tenth year teaching in public school and my third year at Walsh. In addition to Dyslexia, I have taught kindergarten, first grade, and Title I Reading. I am certified as a Reading Specialist and am trained in the MTA and Reading by Design dyslexia intervention programs. I am passionate about helping all children become life-long readers, and I feel privileged to work with such a creative, capable and intelligent group of students every day! 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two book-loving daughters and a wonderful husband. We love living next to the TCU campus and we participate in many TCU events. I also enjoy reading, taking walks, and savoring a good cup of coffee!
