Hey McCats!

I am your designated Book Wizzard, AKA School Librarian, here at McAnally. This is my second year here in Aledo. I absolutely love it! I enjoy getting to help students and teachers reach their goals. We have a wide selection of books and fun activities to come this school year. The library is the place where every student can find something that interests them. If I don't have it maybe it something I can get. If you don't like reading it is because you just haven't found the right book yet, come talk to me and I will try my best to help you find your love of reading that is hiding within you. My role as the librarian is to assist students and teachers in finding resources, technology, and a love for reading. 

I have been an educator for nine years now both as a classroom teacher and a school librarian. When I am 'Off Duty" as a Book Wizzard (AKA: coolest job in the world) I love spending time with my family, spending time outdoors, baking, or reading. I have a three year old little girl named Kayla and two dogs Ellie and Shelby. They keep me on my toes constantly! I know everything Disney Princess currently because my daughter is obsessed with everything princess.
