Hello! My name is Katie Nicely and I am the Functional Academics teacher. I am extremely excited to be apart of the Stuard Elementary family. I am passionate about loving my students and seeing all of them learn and grow while exceeding expectations!
I graduated from Texas Christian University, majoring in early childhood education. I have been a special education teacher for nine years. When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my husband and our baby boy. We love being outside and staying active. Fun facts, I am a twin, and my mother inspired my career as a teacher, after seeing her teach students with special needs for over 35 years.
