Welcome to 4th Grade ELAR and Social Studies at Annetta Elementary! I am so excited to be on this new and exciting journey in AledoISD.

This is my third year in 4th grade, but have experience teaching 3rd Grade ELAR as well. I am passionate about putting engaging literature into the hands of all learners and providing opportunities where students can create, discover, and develop strong literacy tools. I graduated from Texas A&M University then continued onto Clemson University where I completed my Master's of Education in Teaching and Learning with research in Social and Emotional Learning and certification in Literacy.

My husband and I have two dogs and have lived in the Fort Worth/Aledo area for three years. I love to garden, read, and be outdoors. On Friday nights you can find us cheering on the Bearcats then waking up for some Aggie and Frog football on Saturdays! I love being apart of this community and am blessed to be a teacher at Annetta Elementary!
