My name is Kay Day. I am an RN, and this is my 13th year with the Aledo ISD. The best way to reach me is by phone or through email: kday@aledo.k12.tx.us. 

I am in the Clinic all day and can be reached anytime. I screen vision and hearing on all kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 5th graders. If there is a problem, I will send a note home with your child. If you have a child in other grades that you want me to screen, just let me know and I will do it a.s.a.p.

All medications to be given at school must be in the original container in a ziplock bag with the proper Medication Administration form. All prescription medications require a signature from the Doctor.
