I love teaching, and I am so excited to spend this year with your student. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2004 with a degree in Elementary Education and ESL certifications. I have been teaching since 2004, and I enjoy watching the students grow and learn every year!

I grew up in Michigan and moved to Texas after college, where I met my husband, Trip. We have one daughter, Olive, and one sweet pup, Chauncey. In my free time I love to run, travel, swim, and of course spend time with my family!

Kindergarten is an exciting year full of fun and learning. I believe in making the classroom a safe and fun environment where students are a part of their learning by setting goals for themselves as well as working toward their classroom goals that the teacher has set for them.
