Welcome! My name is Alyssa Clader and I am so excited to begin my 3rd year of teaching with Aledo ISD and the Health Science team! I graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education. I married my college sweetheart and while he was stationed with the Army in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, I attended a licensed vocational nursing school in the same town. Together we have 2 tiny humans and love living in the Aledo community! My nursing background includes correctional nursing, public health nursing and school nursing. I love bringing my real world experience into the class to help educate the next generation of healthcare workers.  I was nominated for New Teacher of the Year in 2019-2020 and in 2020-2021 and owe it all to the amazing health science students I get to spend the day with. This is my dream job and I can't wait to see what this year holds!
