Aledo High School Chapter of National Honor Society
Members are invited to apply Spring semester of their sophomore year based on GPA and discipline. Invitations to apply are sent through Canvas LMS and to the student's school e-mail in early March. Once an application is received and reviewed, candidates are notified of their acceptance status. New members are inducted during a candlelight ceremony typically held in April. Members are expected to maintain high achievement in Scholarship, Leadership, Character and Service. Students complete community services hours by semester and meetings are held monthly.
