Please remember that whenever you register your child for bus transportation, they will be in the routing system and assigned a bus only after three full business days have passed. Bus routes with bus numbers and pickup/drop off times will be available to view on the Versatrans MyStop website.

Click here to access the Pre-K-1st School Bus Rider Release form.  It is the policy of Aledo ISD that all Pre-K, kindergarten and 1st-grade students must be met at the bus stop each afternoon by a parent or guardian unless granted permission to the Director of Transportation for an older sibling or other approved family member to meet the Pre-K-1st-grade child after submission and approval of this form. Parents/guardians must be at the bus stop each day on time for their student(s) until they receive notification of approval of this request. This form must be renewed each year. Please print, fill out and sign this form and return it via email to lreece@aledoisd.org

Parents of all Aledo ISD students who will be riding the bus during 2024-2025 are asked to complete the following registration in order for our department to be prepared for scheduling bus routes for the entire district.

    • Please DO NOT register students who will NOT ride the bus. Only register students who will need to ride to or from school.
    • An answer of YES does NOT indicate your child will ride daily. We understand students may ride inconsistently during certain times of the year depending on athletics, band, weather, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Whenever you register your child for bus transportation, they will be in the routing system and assigned a bus only after three full business days have passed. For example, if you register your child for the bus on Friday afternoon, they may begin riding the bus on the following Thursday morning; if you register Wednesday morning, your student may begin riding the bus the following Tuesday morning. You will be able to view your students route information at  www.aledoisd.org/transportation.
