My name is Kyle Borne and I teach Professional Communications and Debate. I also run the Speech and Debate program at Aledo High School. I completed my Bachelor's of Science in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. Last fall, I completed my Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Tarleton State University. I am passionate about communications and media studies and love the critical thinking, writing, speaking and general language skills that the academic background develops. I have been married for 10 years and have two children; a three-year-old and a two-year-old. Prior to becoming an educator, I was the Sports Editor at The Weatherford Democrat, where I covered Aledo and the rest of Parker County.
